Because PromptiFlow provides digital products and instant-access services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund if:
You were charged incorrectly
You did not receive access
The product is technically unusable
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not provided if:
You simply changed your mind
You already accessed or downloaded the product
You used the workflow or prompt pack
